Prior to joining HigherEchelon, Katie worked for a Salesforce customer, helping launch Salesforce in over 15 countries for more than 1,900 users. She brought her user acceptance testing, training materials development, training facilitation, business process execution, and adoption support skills and experience to HigherEchelon in 2020.
At HigherEchelon, Katie served in multiple capacities across multiple concurrent projects, including as a lead consultant, business analyst, project manager, trainer, and (Prosci certified) change practitioner. In her current role, she supports oversight of the delivery of Salesforce solutions to our clients, ensuring high-quality project execution, client satisfaction, and alignment with business objectives. She is also responsible for ongoing improvements to the practice’s people management, fostering a collaborative environment, and driving the continuous improvement of our delivery methodologies. She also supports the Salesforce practice’s marketing and content generation activities. Her ability to seamlessly switch between roles makes her an invaluable asset.
Katie is most passionate about helping HigherEchelon’s customers make the most of an investment in technology not only through the technology itself, but also through change management concepts to ensure the change is adopted. She earned her bachelor’s degree at Cornell University and when she’s not at her desk, you will find her at her CrossFit gym or out hiking in Washington’s North Cascades.
